Invest in Yourself = Invest in Others

What do you do to invest in yourself? Do you read personal development books? Do you try new things such as art, cooking or educational classes? Maybe you schedule quiet time, set a regular sleep schedule and choose to eat colorful foods. Whatever you do to invest in yourself, it is a way to present and be your best self to those whom you associate and influence each day. If you believe no one is watching or cares, think again. Each of us can be a force for good and even inspiration in the lives of those around us. As we learn more about ourselves, by investing in ourselves, we can discover our passions, skills and talents. In turn, when we use these to elevate the lives of others our sense of purpose increases.
